Use this on-line estimator to determine the amount of Roadware 10 Minute Concrete Mender™ needed to make your repair. Adobe Flash 9 or higher plug-in required. To calculate Flexible Cement II, set to “No Sand”. To calculate MatchCrete Clear set the sand ammount to one or “no sand.” ‘The estimator program is based on mathematical calculations and will give a rough estimate in 300x300ml cartridges or gallons needed to repair a crack or spall.

Enter length in feet. Enter width and depth in inches. Enter fractions with the decimal equivalent. 1/4″ = .25 and so on.

Sand:

One gallon of 40-30 medium silica sand weights about 13.3 lbs. If you use one gallon of Concrete Mender with a 2 to 1 sand ratio. you will need 2 gallons of sand or 26.6 lbs.

You can also figure about 50 pounds of sand for every case (12) of 300 x300ml cartridges.
